Section I. General provisions
1. The website ico-bbsfsd.org.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Site) is owned by International Charitable Organisation "Baltic-Black Sea Foundation for Strategic Development" (hereinafter referred to as the Company). All objects of intellectual property rights contained on the site, except where otherwise indicated, are the property of the Company.
2. This Privacy Policy and
Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies exclusively
within the framework of the Site Usage Rules and does not apply to third-party websites.
3. This Privacy Policy is a set of legal, administrative, organizational, technical and other measures taken by the Company to ensure the confidentiality and protection of personal data of individuals-consumers who are users of the Site, except in cases where such information is personally and consciously disclosed by the consumer-user of the Site.
4. The goal of implementing
the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection is to prevent public access and disclosure of
information owned by the consumer.
5. The company takes all possible measures to ensure compliance with the measures provided for in this section of the Privacy Policy.
Section II. Access to personal data
1. In order to implement
the functions and tasks of the Site and other purposes related to civil legal relations between the
Company and the consumer, the consumer, using this Site and services for which the Site was created,
grants the Company permission to collect, accumulate, process, store and use (including using
automated means) personal data, of which he is the owner.
1.1. In order to implement
the functions and tasks of the Site and other purposes related to civil legal relations between the
Company and the consumer, the consumer, using this Site and services for which the Site was created,
grants the Company permission to transfer his own personal data to third parties.
2. The consumer's consent
provided to the Company for the collection, processing, storage and use (including using automated
means) of personal data and their transfer to third parties is formalized by the consumer marking
his consent to the collection, accumulation, processing, storage and use of his personal data.
3. The personal data that
the consumer grants permission to the Company to collect, accumulate, process, store and use
(including using automated means) includes:
1. Name;
2. Contact information
(phone number, email, etc.);

III. Term and Place of Personal Data Storage
1. Personal data that the
consumer provides the Company with access to for collection, accumulation, processing, storage, and
use is stored indefinitely unless otherwise established by Ukrainian legislation or the consumer's
will.
2. The place of storage of the consumer's personal data is the email address bbsffsd@ukr.net.

IV. Consumer Rights
1. The consumer has the
right, in relation to their personal data provided for collection, accumulation, processing,
storage, and use by the Company, to:
1.1. Know the sources of
data collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, and the
location of the Company;
1.2. Receive information
about the conditions for providing access to personal data;
1.3. Access their personal
data;
1.4. Receive information on
whether their personal data is being processed;
1.5. Make a motivated
demand to the Company objecting to the processing of their personal data;
1.6. Make a motivated
request for changes or destruction of their personal data if it is being processed illegally or
inaccurately;
1.7. Protect their personal
data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional
concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of such data, as well as protection from the
provision of information that is inaccurate or defamatory to the honor, dignity, and business
reputation of a natural person;
1.8. File a complaint about
the processing of their personal data to the Authorized Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of
Ukraine for Human Rights or to a court;
1.9. Use legal protection
means in case of violation of legislation on personal data protection;
1.10. Make reservations
regarding the limitation of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
1.11. Withdraw consent to
process personal data;
1.12. Know the mechanism of
automatic processing of personal data;
1.13. Be protected from an automated decision that has legal consequences for them.
V. Disclosure of confidential information and Personal Data
1. The Company is released
from the obligation to comply with the Privacy Policy with respect to the Personal Data of the
consumer if the consumer voluntarily discloses their personal data publicly.
2. The Company has the
right to distribute the consumer's Personal Data if the information obtained from the Personal Data
is socially necessary, that is, it is a matter of public interest, and the right of the public to
know such information outweighs the potential harm from its distribution.
3. The Company has the
right to distribute the consumer's Personal Data with the consumer's corresponding written
permission.
VI. Destruction and
deletion of Personal Data
1. The Personal Data that
the consumer provides access to the Company for collection, accumulation, processing, storage, and
use shall be subject to deletion or destruction in the event of:
- termination of legal
relations between the consumer and the Company;
- issuance of a
corresponding order by the Authorized Representative of the Verkhovna Rada on Human Rights or
certain officials of the Secretariat of the Authorized Representative of the Verkhovna Rada on Human
Rights;
- entry into force of a court decision regarding the deletion or destruction of Personal Data.
